Our Services

Karina joined our firm in 2026 as a law clerk… She holds a law degree from St. Petersburg State University and LL.M. from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to moving to Cincinnati, Karina worked as an attorney for a few years in Moscow, handling estate and tax planning matters. While in law school, Karina served as Head of the University’s Legal Journal. Karina is taking the July 2026 bar exam. After graduation from the University of Cincinnati, Karina worked in taxation and civil litigation and volunteered as a tax preparer (VITA) with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. Karina is a proud member of Cincinnati Estate Planning Council and American Society of International Law (ASIL). In her free time, Karina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her goldendoodle “Baby.” Karina is also an avid runner and hopes to qualify for a marathon next yea
